I have no idea. I suppose it's some sort of time travel device.

I couldn't find any info online about it and the schematics were all I had.
 

I have more information in my files. It is from the Steven Gibb's books.
I believe it is part of the Time Travel information, I sent you about
two or three years ago.
 
i guess this is a System that is used with a camera (or not) ?! to see scenes (futures and past); It assembles to ARD Time camera (configuration1 and 2) also a machine it looks like a radionic machine that does a lot of things including (amplitude of thought and time photography) please if someone else Information it will be better

The first diagram is an audio amplifier. so the LM386 will amplify anywhere between 10hz to 20000 hz . certain frequencies like the 369-396-639 of Tesla can be amplified with it. power wont exceed 1Watt thou. The other diaghrams are similar to radionic machines, input /output plates and tuning circuit in between. one can always add an amplifier and crystal in parallel within. I dount this is a chronotron. it is barely the concept of the wishing machine.
