The way I see it, it could be more centralized than it is actually. I didn't mean the economy wasn't centralized, but it could be much more.
I don't know much things about all this stuff anyway, I'm much more thinking out loud than trying to say the truth on that one.

Well if somebody tries to get away from dollars Sadat Hussein is a good example what might happen. Iran is a bit to powerful for the same treatment but wait, its time will come.

But IMO it wouldn't be much different if it were completely centralized, except there wouldn't be any market for trading on the monetary exchange rates. There wouldn't be any!
