Police are telling people around me since a week that there are thieves, and strange people getting in our area, lot of stuff disappearing. That's not hapening often around here.
That's not good, it's a really quiet place here.

crime is on the up every where
if you don't have a dog, get a big one or three. and don't feed it very often.

Yes that's not alone in the UK or US that the cops are getting a lot of new equipment. The powers to be must be expecting a backlash or protest of the generally tranquil population.
