In my country you are actually pretty heavily fined if you do not vote. It is compulsory to attend. So most of the time I can not find anybody which would make a good public servant, the best is in that case to vote for all or nobody. The elected people seem to forget very fast that they are actually employed by the public.
For the people, by the people and against the people.
That is their motto.
