Just my opinion on it... Given the number of abandoned hospitals that are haunted, it would stand to reason that there are a similar number of operational hospitals that are too. But, given the amount of physical activity occurring in an operational hospital, people wouldn't necessarily notice...

Instead of trying to "clear your mind" try focusing on a single line of thought and let everything else go. Might find your mind starts to drift after a minute or two, but when you notice that, just go back to that one line of thought.
