I have to agree. Judging by the evidence I've seen from multiple sources, its still very unclear regarding what an HDR is actually meant to do... sure, you can state all the electromagnetic forces it either generates or manipulates, but that doesn't really explain what its got to do with time...

I've heard a few reports of ghosts in hospitals... not just hauntings, but also "crisis" apparitions that have manifested to other people, who have seen someone who is elsewhere in the hospital in a coma... the victim sees the person, and the person sees an apparition of the victim.

Would be interesting to see the video footage of the light if at all possible. Things like this could do with serious investigation, to see if there is anything in it or not.
