You should try to record it then. Find out if it is physics or essence.

It could be several things causing this.

I don't want to discourage you but it could be a torn retina.

But...,

It could also be spiritual events happening around you.
This would show up as colours such as Blue...Orange.....Red.....

I have been knocked silly a few times so i am familiar with the flashes, and they randomly occur so there's no way i could capture one without just walking around with my camera on all day, and even then i haven't seen one in a few weeks.

The biggest one i was working late and in my co-workers cube who wasn't there i seen the flash, but it engulfed only the inside of his cube, it didn't go out of his cube and it was very centralized.

The other one i seen was the same thing i actually immediately called it a Will o Wisp because that is what it reminded me of, except this was way brighter, i actually seen one on my security cameras as well but sadly it did not record.

Sounds like a being in it's orb form is trying to get your attention. A strong one too if it's so bright and large.
Try speaking to it and pay attention to you gut and if you feel safe or not.

Outside or indoors, or both?

I have seen them both indoors and outdoors.

Some time ago you had mentioned that there were presences very near your residence.
There was one that really stood out......
Keep a silent vigil whenever these flashes appear and make note of what YOU feel whenever the flashes are around.
This could be someone keeping you protected. Stay positive... I don't personally feel there's any alarm.
