i think you you are right about it being engineered besides the chupacabra there's a long mountain erea in the usa where all kind of various creatures have been sighted and documented by the mountain monsters team and when you think about the various creatures under ground in area 51 that was said to be created and genetically engineered i think all our creatures around the world originated from area 51 as if they are experimenting on them by allowing them to be loose in areas around the world and also aliens may of brought them here to and let them loose to scare people from entering areas they live in so they won't be discovered and found out by people

Yes, this engineered creature was created by the Greys for the soul purpose of ..."Distraction".
In this case, distraction from UFOs in general.
Then, when too many individuals were getting close to certain secrets that our Military and hidden Govt. groups did not want them to know...there was another distraction created, this time, it was to distract from what exactly the real chupacabra was ans looks like and purpose.
And so, they attempted to disguise the real creature with a Texas hairless dog. This dog has been posted on you tube.
