( 018-FDN ) Do these numbers/letters ring a bell?

I somewhere have a picture of an old car having that LP. I remember it because I had wrecked my bicycle and that plate was the only thing I could see barrelling towards my face. I wasn't hurt too bad, but my dad snapped a Polaroid as a teaching to make me wear a helmet. I should still have it in a box somewhere. Of I can ever get the extra time at home to just look for it I will take a pic and post a SC here.

It's definitely a license plate!!! I just saw it in a dream last night. On a white SUV! Idk what state though
