A Blade So Sharp...

A blade so sharp, it can cut through the very fabric of space time.

I've read a book when I was a kid, I can't remember what it was. One of the character had a knife that was able to cut though thin air and open a doorway to another reality. Apparently, the knife was so sharp that it was absolutely impossible to see the cutting edge of the blade.

Did you even imagine such a tool?

Now that I'm older, I've come across a great many blades I can't see the edge of.

Hmmm. Must be making them a lot sharper these days.

You know, now that I've been thinking of this story, I feel like I've heard it before... Maybe someone else has told me about it.. It sounds kinda cool though!

For some reason this reminds me of Doughnut by Tom Holt. No reality door knives though. But there are bottles and escape doughnuts
