If we upload all our memories to the cloud when we die (for marketing purposes by approving a very long EULA without reading), how long would it take for the content to enter public domain? 80 years after our deaths or 80 years after the mothers' deaths?

Yeah, it would probably be considered along the lines of a "memoirs book" and standard copyright law would apply. If the dead person didn't have anyone to enforce copyright laws, it might go straight into the public domain. If someone used them to create a "Caprica", that could be extremely dangerous. If the new AI claimed them, who knows what the laws would be.
