lol. idk...i love shrimp but there's something weird going on with that one. I don't think Mantis shrimp are supposed to get that big.

I think it's a normal sized shrimp held close to the camera lens to make it look huge.

I read about that thing, too...I thought it was only a few inches big? It does look monsterous in the photo...

I suggest buying cocktail sauce by the gallon for this un-shrimp sized shrimp. Maybe it originated off Japan at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant and ended up in Florida.

Yeah I looked em up and if it really is 18 inches, which is crazy, then it is a new world record for a mantis shrimp. They are normaly like 10 - 12 inches~

They can be gorgeous too. Check it out~

Cichlids are veracious lil buggers. Pretty though~

I also have a few ghost shrimp~
(not my pic) I can't take a pic of mine cause I rarely see them. They actually like to crawl into the filtration system and hang out in there and eat all the algae build up~ they're goofy~
