Astral projection- gazing method

Has anyone done it or tried it? How the bloody hell do you keep your eyes open? I just start blinking uncontrollably after around ten seconds!

Gazing is just another method of getting into the trance state so I can see how it would work for some.

Yes, there is the itchy eye stage during the first 10-20 seconds but then after that I hit a more annoying eyeache, headachey stage about 5 minutes in, which killed any sort of concentration. I tried it a few times but I don't like the head and eye aches and reverted to tried and trusted methods.

I wish you every success but it's not for me.

Hmm, sounds like a great technique. I love how simple it is. I'll probably attempt to give it a try too.

Sometimes when I'm half asleep, I'm able to hear random voices. That doesn't happen often, but it happens. I'm sometimes able to make sense of them. That's fascinating.

When you are close to the Astral you can sometimes hear noises that eminate from there. Voices of passed friends and relatives, tormented wailing or even a raging tempest.
