Oh, that's a good one. Being neither great in physics nor theology, I don't know either or both can be ruled out as taking place in a vacum. A minister and priest friends of mine, go with "divine intervention" and nothing else but maybe that's part of their jobs to believe that way. I'll listen to either sides.

"Created in the image of God" to me is just your Soul. The flesh was given to tether us so we can learn all on this plain. Who's to say whether the original appearance of the tether was a monkey from which we have evolved. It is truly arrogance to believe that the form we are in represents any God.
