You must be self employed or unemployed...if you work for an employer and they say jump, you ask how high or if they say stand for the flag, you do so or risk being fired. The NFL is the employer and the players are the employees in this case...basic Business 101.

They aren't being shamed for being bad employees. They are being shamed for daring to disagree with the state and choosing to not worship it or participate in it's propaganda ceremonies.

Magic quilts and war-glorification pub songs represent the state. The state violates everyone with everything it does. People disagree with state violence and worship of it's symbols and songs and are criticized for not participating.

People are shamed for not worshiping symbols of violence. What does that say about people who shame them?

They are at work. They can protest AFTER work. The rest of us get fired for being political at work. Plus, Americans PAY to watch a football game, not a protest. There is a time and place for everything. Work isn't one of them.

Again, they are not being criticized for being bad employees, but for not praying to state-god, for protesting nonviolent people being shot to death and abused.

Are you expected to recite the pledge of allegiance, sing the national anthem, or vote a particular party or candidate as a condition of your employment? Is anyone in the private sector? Why not? Why should athletes be required or expected to be political?

If they can protest their politics after work, then politics can wait until after the game too, no? What is different about the NFL that it must be politicized?

Football fans pay to watch a sporting event, not propaganda. If they want propaganda, why not go to D.C. ? There is a time and place for everything, right?

The NFL receives over $1 billion a year in federal gov't subsidies on top of the millions they get from state gov'ts.

They also protest to support terrorist organizations such as Antifa and black lives matters.

One quarterback has a broken back because his team wouldn't protect him for not protesting.

Players have worn blue sock showing cops as pigs.

    They're also racists against whites.

Some have even called for violence.

Boycotting is as much of a freedom as their kneeling.

Read their agenda and you'll find some of the changes they want closer to Hitler and Stalin than those who boycott.

So it is about the money? Then why make it about values? Why make it about anything other than them being bad employees? If government is simply another customer paying for advertisement, then it is none of anyone's business whether they stand or kneel. That is between the team owners/managers and the players and the customer.

But it isn't about that, not really. It isn't about any of those things. People are citing everything, taking every position except reality. What's really happening is that millions of criminals/terrorists are criticizing athletes for not also being criminals, for not supporting their terrorism. It's that simple.

Its about the shift, thinking about hows it changing your society or the perception of the way they want you
    to react.

Beyond all, it affects them the least. This what they want Mayhem and my brother Choas for thier enjoyment and profit.

    It's about the bigger picture.

The NFL is only one of many levels of gov't overthrow.

Check the arrest record of NFL players. Approximately one arrest every seven days.

Check the fact that part of the protest is an approval of Black Lives Matter.

Check their connection to George Soros.

The money is only one layer of a multi tiered attack on the gov't.

Gov't's aren't paying for advertising. They're paying to build the stadiums under the false narrative that stadiums increase revenue over and above the cost. Which has been proven to be false.

The NFL is not a commercial enterprise, it's listed as nonprofit.

They cry that their slaves, but the fact is before the protests, they were getting passes on crimes I would have been jailed for.
