Probably all of our members carry a piece of quartz crystal around with them everyday of the week 
..
Dont panic, if you have a wrist watch it will most likely contain a very small slice of quartz crystal which is set to vibrate at exactly 32, 768 times every second with very high stability...That is how your wrist watch measures time very accurately
