I was wondering if anyone knows a lot about astral projecting and dreaming? I've read about astral projection, and thought I may have experienced it. After that experience, that feeling hasn't left me. I've dreamt about that feeling over and over. In the dream, I would lay down and make that feeling happen. Then I would be in another dream. Whenever I felt like it, I would use that feeling and lay down again. And then again, I would be in another dream. Its the same feeling each time. After I woke up, it was so real that I tried it while awake and I felt it. I'm not sure if that is astral projecting or something else. The feeling feels like.. numbing of whole body and mind, warming of hands, and a sense of losing your thoughts (the best I can explain it). If anyone has anything at all to share about it, please say something..I think it could be some form of meditation.
