It is a delayed message....Parents and friends in heaven can read Facebook that you write to...but I am not sure they can send out an email....technically it is possible but it may be prohibited for our level of civilization...if you think we have laws...they have super laws....but you can send out stuff via Facebook ...which is common now..up there...(they have access to all our Internet stuff...simply because it is data that goes in to their library.)
