Chronovisor is fascinating. From what I can tell all atoms emit not only transverse light but also longitudinal light. Longitudinal light as it moves time travels. Into the past and into the future. If you can find a way to detect longitudinal light and then convert into a VHF signal then can see the future or past in a select region around ya on a tv screen. To see other areas you'd have to move the device.

Future people can see us, and we can see them.
