I have a PEMF device I bought I’m looking for a frequency to time travel, we are energy & vibration.

Well good luck with that, I very much doubt an off the shelf pemf would have the accuracy to create that wave to begin with, let alone how in the hell you're going to measure the frequency of time and which part of the geometry of the wave that even sits in.
Then you gotta figure out the base frequency of your own merkebah if it is you you wanna transport, then create the shielded em portal to put everything together.
Best way to approach it is first to measure your home location to as many hundreds of decimal places as possible, figure out the fractal geometry of that, then measure a quiet place not too far away and figure out how to teleport from one to the other first.

forget about old earth resonant frequencies as its changed over the years and is no longer that anymore its even peaked at i think 130 look it up
