Hot peppers/sauce and the immune system.

Is it true that hot peppers/sauce boost the immune system? Because if does, then that would explain why I'm usually wearing shorts when everyone else is wearing jumpers (sweaters).

Maybe the hot sauce fires you up so you need to cool off a bit. lol
I have to put hot pepper sauce on just about everything...can't get enough.
