My long absences here put me at a disadvantage. I don't know about paulajedi's post office experience. I totally missed out on maliki. But whatever . . . the finding things exactly where I thought I left them after first having them not be there for a time - hours and at least one time, months later. That has been happening to me since the 90's. I'm also resonating with the sudden interest in politics. I was apolitical most of my life, and if anything a peacenik with socialist leanings - but never an activist. Now I am keenly interested - but that could be because it all seems to be at a tipping point and for the first time ever I am forced to acknowledge that Americans could have war in their own streets. We could hear gunfire and explosions out our windows instead of on tv. And I'm not just thinking civil war - we could have foreign boots on our soil. I'm too old for that . . . and definitely not feeling activist still (but Go PAULA - we need fearless people). Actually, I'm very disinclined to discuss my interest and feelings with anyone but my husband. Now I pay attention daily. I don't rely on dear hubby to keep me informed. But as always, my interest is in the true nature of time and reality. It's what drew me to time travel communities. I was never on board with the multiverse or many worlds or branching timelines, though. Only since more and more people experience the Mandela Effect have I been forced to try and understand quantum theory. The more reasonable possible causes involve quantum effects - that until now (the last few years) have only been observable at the atomic and sub-atomic scale. Now we have superposition in the macro world and suddenly we have a flurry of observable changes in our resident timeline. Or is it our resident timeline? From my point of view, I find it very difficult to fathom the many-me thing - so I really prefer to find an explanation that doesn't have me slipping through alternate timelines. It aggravates me that quantum theory holds the most probable explanation. I mean grrrrrrrrrr - I don't like it! But there I am. To the fact that time-related anomalies are more noticed by people who are actively entertaining time travel scenarios - that makes sense to me. And of course, I have seen it real time, with my own eyes. A few people in the Zeshua group had an altervu around Tiger Woods. We discussed it and then overnight two people changed the details. I accused them of collusion and lying. Now I know they just remembered it slightly differently and that was as real to them as my memory was to me, but the specific change regarding Tiger Woods was still noticed by all three of us. I believe Zeshua was no time-traveler but the Tiger Woods altervu was very real.
