I received a weird phone call

Could it be a time traveler? The number was from Kenosha Wisconsin and I didn't answer but they left a message.
The voice mail was a 4 second long series of beeps. Sounded like Morse code but I don't know how to decipher it.
Google brings the number as Troys Hardware but when I called back, assuming it was safe to, the call immediately drops before ringing.

I'm gonna try to get the audio from the voice mail of my phone and post it on here.

looked it up and it said it was a credit card scam, others got the same call to heres a link if your wondering

I'm still going to post the audio when I get home. It was very strange.
