A time ago I used to be mad, violent and very explosive. One day I was very angry and started to break things. Then I realized that was not good, so I went into the bathroom and looked myself into the mirror and OmG!
What the hell is this?
I saw myself, my face was my face, talking phisically, but meta- phisycally my head looked like ghost rider. Seriously. If anybody could look at me that day and stare at the eyes would probably say: this guy is evil. Yea. I was. But not anymore.
So I frightened myself and went calm. I tried to be more peacefully. And try to not get angry.
