We see greater disdain for international law by the United States. It has overstepped its borers in every way. This is visible in the economic, political, cultural, and education policies it imposes on other nations. Well, who likes this? Who is happy about this? No one feels safe! It is because no one feels that international law can protect them. The US forces dominance encourages many countries to seek weapons of mass destruction out of fear and encourages terrorism. I am convinced that we have reached that decisive moment when we must seriously think about the architecture of global security. We must proceed be searching for a reasonable balance between the interests of all participants in the international dialogue. The combined economies of countries such as India and China is already greater than that of the US. The economies of Brazil, Russia, India, and China surpass that of the European Union. We will continue to grow and are the world economic leader. The use of force should not be common place. The US, a nation that will not even kill its own criminals, is putting to death thousands of innocent civilians in foreign nations through this military force. Should we be indifferent to these authoritarian regimes and tyrants with their weapons of mass destruction? Mr. Lieberman asked: "will you be indifferent observers?" Of course not - Putin answers, we have the means to counter these threats. The use of force is only legitimate when agreed upon by the UN, United Nations. It is not to be substituted by the objectives of NATO, the EU, or the US. NATO and US want Russian Federation to sign a treaty agreeing to withdraw our own defense forces from our own borders. It turns out that NATO has put its front-line forces on our borders. We have fulfilled our treaty obligations, and have not even reacted to these threats. NATO is only expanding, not trying to secure the EU. They are provoking us so we must ask, "Whom are you going to attack with these forces?" What has happened to the peace agreements we made after the dissolution of the Warsaw pact? We want to control nuclear proliferation to protect the world from the threat of weapons of mass destruction. We have been very open to foreign investment, capitalism and democracy. The Russian economy offers openness, fairness, and security. Economic security only happens when all parties adhere to uniform principles. Today I see many of these "free" countries use less developed countries by feeding them with one hand, and enslaving them with the other. This is what breeds terrorism. The global community needs to put a stop to this. The very official organization created to ensure freedom are the tools for this capitalistic opressionism that benefit only the countries using them. Helping other countries in pursuit of humanitarian rights does not mean that you need to impose a regime that determines how these states develop. This interference does not promote the development of democratic states, but instead as puppet governments. We recommend relationship building through respect, trust, and transparency. We are always told by the EU to act more in the role of international affairs. It is not our responsibility to police the world, we have realistic views and know our role in world affairs. We only want to promote a fair and democratic world order to ensure prosperity and security, not for the "select" few, but for all.
