The concept isn't one of control.. that's what governments and churches have, I'm talking about something that every single person would support.. on a individual level. The concept of a desire for equality, but a figurehead would be required. A focus.. the concept of of a King. But a reeverse King.. Someone who stood as the most powerful yet had no control only ideals that every man woman and child would strive to uphold on an individual level. Community based ruling a cooperative. I mean I have no idea how exactly it would work.. but I know when the chance for equality comes.. the chance to fix the system comes.. people will take it
