How does the guy know he is in the year 2022 when he says in the beginning that he has no idea where he is at? I agree with Samstwitch, it looks like a movie set. Also the fact that he wants you to check out his other "movies" that is a dead giveaway.

Edit: After doing a small search, its actually a tourist attraction in Wisconsin.
