Except this is going to be a familial rescue, galactic level in a sense, and also prevalence of "tribes". Love will win. Already has. Stay strong, keep people close.

Please don't take this wrong way but What love?! There's none left on our Earth! We bow down to the Almighty King Dollar, would betray our own mothers to get ahead,and have abused the poor planet to death.

I don't have a BLUES CLUES about a DOLLAR. I bow down to Earth, to all family. To LOVE.
Fuck money.
Indians, man. Turtle Island, Dude.

if the estimated numbers reach into the millions by next summer. then we will see it happen first hand, on our street, hometown poe-dunk USA, everywhere they suspect a case of either of the current bugs ebola or the chest bug 68 now in over 20 states..

I think anyone who has read the late Bill Cooper's book, "Behold a Pale Horse", has already heard and knows the tricks of these martial law tactics, but they are being adjusted for modern times. I love my country to death, I know she has her flaws, but I'm willing to roll with the punches. I think one thing that is going to lead to this is more scum like Edward Snowden, and the shemale formerly known as Bradley Manning. Please let's not derail this thread by debating whether or not they are traitorous scum, but look at it like this. They knowingly accepted positions of confidence. I mean what did they think they were going to be learning about? The lollipops and tootsie rolls, that America's shit smells like roses? Come on. But be that as it may, I think this is going to become more and more of a trend. Right now it is fashionable to release government secrets. So what happens when the government can't trust anyone? Spying on it's own people? Paying other countries to spy on it's people so they can claim deniability? I'm not just saying this for the US, I'm saying any and all countries are susceptible to this. And it will be the MEDIA that creates our military police state. Sure the government will be the effect, but the media will be the cause. There is no country out there that doesn't have secrets. They're all dirty. Well now you can be a Kardashian socialite if you give them away. And Bill couldn't have guessed just how much he underestimated the real plan that's in place.

After reading through the last couple of pages in this thread containing the more current comments, there are three themes that stick out for me:
---
Race;
Political affiliation;
Peace, love, and harmony.
---
The first is advocated by those who are willing to blame our nation's woes on one or more genetic races. During the 1930's the scourge of National Socialism took hold in Germany. How? The clever thugs that ruled that political party understood the power of propaganda, and the People of that nation willingly accepted, and did not repudiate the falsehoods that blamed harsh economic conditions on genetically determined racial ethnicity.
---
The second is advocated by those who are willing to blame our nation's woes on a variety of issues. These issues have been characterized as being: "Guns, Gays, and God." These individuals have bought into the propaganda that demonizes individuals whose viewpoint on one wedge issue or another differs from their own personal favorites. It might be abortion, gay rights, flag waving slogans involving God and the Nation, a "war on Christmas," or "They're coming to take my guns!" These are all carefully selected issues that have been vetted through controlled focus group presentations that have one goal in mind: Divide and conquer.
We, the People, are the ones being divided, and by going along with that agenda we will be conquered.
---
The third theme is based in the legends that sprouted during the 1960's knows as flower power, and the impending rescue of our planetary population via the faithful "Space Brothers." I guess you could characterize this as having one's head buried in the sand. Ironically, this attitude poses the greater likelihood for individual and community survival if conditions in this country continue to deteriorate.
---
The coming crisis is based in the unsustainable lifestyle we in America have grown accustomed to living and our unrealistic expectations that things will go on indefinitely without breaking down. The inevitable outcome will be a harsh wake up call for the majority of those alive when our so-called "capitalistic" system collapses.
---
The world is running out of resources. The pending shortage of petroleum, of fresh water, the depletion of ocean fisheries, a healthy environment that can sustain life without creating the growing epidemic of asthma and autism that afflicts our children. Global catastrophic climate change threatens to devastate the earth's agricultural regions. Insects, birds, and animals are migrating north from tropical regions and bringing with them diseases. There's a large patch of floating plastic and other discarded garbage materials floating in the north Pacific ocean that covers an area the size of Texas. The list goes on ...
---
Having served in the U.S. military in the past, I can assure you the presence of the American military deployed on American soil is something you do not want to see; they will not be there to be your friend. Worse still will be the manner in which these troops will be deployed. They will not be patrolling urban streets. Their role will be to surround a region as it is being pacified. The pacification will be carried out by military "contractors," mercenaries, hired to do the dirty work from South Africa, Mexico, Columbia, Sierra Leone, and many other places. Their ranks also include some American ex-military operators who either wound up not fitting the profile for a "professional soldier," or those who are simply in it for the money. Either way, it will be ugly.
---
Does it matter what the reason or excuse for declaring martial law will be?
---
The U.S. Constitution is a legally binding contract between the People of the United States and the government of the United States. Congress does not have the authority to legislate the Constitution or the Rights of American citizens out of existence. The President of the United States does not have the authority to enact any executive order that supersedes the terms laid out in plain language within the Constitution. The People of this country have fulfilled their part of the contract; our liberty was purchased with blood spilled by Citizens on behalf of every Citizen. Our government doesn't have enough cash to buy its way out of the contract. And the Supreme Court does not have the authority to do away with the Bill of Rights.

Interesting. Let me say that...I agree, I agree, I agree, I agree, I disagree completely. The looming crisis on this planet is indeed proof that it is the SYSTEM that is unsustainable. However, the idea that the planet is running out of resources is pure propaganda designed to support the idea that the population needs to be reduced. The "useless eaters" have to be gotten rid of. You have to believe it before you will support it. All in all, a very nice post, thank you.
