Oh I remember Mel's Hole from Art Bell! Have you ever read the book, or seen the movie, "Lovely Bones"? That's what this made me think of.
Is it a whole to the paranormal, a whole to Hell, or a hole to a secret underground government facility?
Is the whole shown in the video the actual hole? If so, the ridges around the inside of the hole and that it's a perfect circle makes it look like it was man-made (or extraterrestrial made). Just guessing here, but that's my 2 cents.
