Multi-Verse Resonator(MVR) Measurements? Confusing..

Steven Gibbs explains the measurement for the Plexiglass and Copper Pyramid confusing. He says it have to be a special kind of measurement dimensions based on equations. Knowing the way he describes things it sounds like the measurement would effect the device functionality for it's purposes.
