It was like being drunk I had limited motor skills. It was like waking up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night after passing out drunk. Only I was in a strange place and when I looked in a nearby mirror I was a Chinese guy speaking English to his Chinese family It lasted about five minutes total then I was back in my own body. Towards the end I tried to use his laptop to record something but it was all in Chinese.

No it's a psychic technique called astral projection or out of body experience.

In theory yes and I'm sure going to give it a shot.
