Was wondering could anyone have any insight about traveling to another dimension while sleeping

Its happening me awhile now
There very lucid dreams
I can remember everything except the method i used to get there

I know when i do i feel so happy and like im home and i belong.

you can't remember how you got there cause in astral travel you fly like superman. the spirit needs no transport means it just goes where it wills

Its very similar too here but everything seems neon almost
Every one is very happy , theres no conflict no war .
Its mainly spirits with no bodies if that makes sense
I dont remember how i got there but i do remember the method seemed very weird
It feels like im above earthly plane
Maybe on a higher plane

I do remember once how i got there

Everyone was rounded up
All different beings on a cirular craft ( only saw the inside)
It was metal all the seat were areanged in circles
There was a great buzz and i felt so elated i was going "home"

I dont know if that alien type one is connected
Im pretty new to this
Iv become more and more spirtual
I think the dreams are a result of this!

You know, it may be that you're not travelling to any world at all rather just imagining what world you would want to live in. If you're getting more spiritual then it explains the spirits, if neon is your favorite color then that explains everything being neon, and you want everyone to be happy, and you want no war and peace.
Oh yeah, if your favorite color isn't neon that it might have something to do with a happy experience with neon

Ya maybe ur right .... But these are a LOT different to my normal dreams
And seem similar to others experiances on here
Thats why i wanted to talk to someone who knows about it or has done it
Anythings possible i guess .

I think it would be difficult to go Astral by accident. People try for years without success. You would need to do many hours of meditation.

As these are happening when you are asleep then I would think that they are just lucid dreams. Next time you are dreaming try to look at your own hands. Put on this thread what you see. If you can do this then you are truly in control of your dream.

If this is happening to you every night then you are very lucky
