The only person i can think of at present who said stargate was a parody of the Montauk Project would have been Jesse Ventura..He went from wrestling to speaking about conspiracy theories on his TV show..

I barely remembered the guy's name after searching all last night: David Wilcock. I saw him on a history channel or A&E show about time travel and aliens at my cousin's chiropractic clinic.
