(Rowdy ) Roddy Piper from 'They Live' comes clean

well this may be from before your time , but this guy was a fav. of mine from back in the day and the movie (They Live) has become a classic sifi movie.. I loved it and still watch every chance I get.... seems he is now saying that the movie was really a documentary ........


anyway for those of you who know what, and who I am speaking of... here's a little bit of news that is just to strange to be false... you know the truth is way weirder than most lies...

Wrestler and actor “Rowdy” Roddy Piper has let the cat out of the bag: John Carpenter’s 1988 film “They Live,” starring Piper as a drifter who fends off an alien invasion, was not science fiction but a documentary. You might remember that Piper’s character was armed with special sunglasses that allowed him to see the aliens walking among us, secretly controlling the media, banking and the government. He was also armed with a shotgun, and it sounds like Piper’s determined to keep it if “They” try to take it

I'm with you kc...They Live is one of my favorite movies and Roddy Piper did one heck of a job acting in it. I think a lot of the movies are based more on fact...more then we realize. They come out as fiction or science fiction but I feel what we are being told by the government is what is fiction. My son loves this movie and has all the smart-ass remarks in the movie down. This is on of his favorite parts in the movie. For those who haven't seen it...what is the problem? Go and get it.

I love that movie! I remember thinking it could be real when I was a kid....so who can say.
