Something weird just woke me up

Hello people, its 6:53am and i just tried to go to sleep but i just got woken up by something strange. Anyways i started falling alseep about 6mins ago then i realised i was started to dream because i was talking to someone then all of sudden this massive snapping sound came from within me and when it happened my whole body shook once but it was so fast it was like someone got loads of engery and i means loads then just through it at me as i layed down causing me to shake as fast as i could.

That's a sleep seizure. I get those every now and then because of my epilepsy. Look up nocturnal seizure and also check in with your doctor, couldn't hurt.
