Well the method I gave you is one that I developed after years of study and experimentation. I took the most effective aspects of the various techniques shaved off all the unnecessary busy work and attempted to make it streamline and easy for beginners to have success. Is Chronos supposed to be green or grey in color? I tried to do a time travel spell involving Chronos and i felt this green, greyish figure behind med. I freaked out. Hope it's just my imagination tho.
