Has anyone ever considered stealing a time machine? Any possible time travelers around our world-line that you could pull this stunt on? Do you believe there are any manageable ways to intentionally come across the same world-line as a time traveler and meet them? If John Titor exists, how could we find him and snatch his machine? Would the machine still exist even if the war never started? Could our tension with North Korea possibly create a slightly similar but alternate event that recreates John's world-line's situation and cause these C204 and C206 machines to be produced? If anyone has any enlightening thoughts on this, do tell.

If one was to steal a time machine for a particular purpose, perhaps the best method would be to create a decoy divergence event to distract possible followers. That way you can safely get to the real business.
