You can buy an HDR from Steven Gibbs. Price is reasonable and with all the testimony we saw, it is worth to try. Personally I had a short chat with Mr.Gibbs..He seems genuine to me.

There's no guarantee the HDR will help you, depending what you're expecting to do. I still have to hear about a successful and believable physical time travel journey with it.

I do recommend you do research into Nikola Tesla and Andrew Basiago. Basiago claims to have been part of a top secret time traveling unit in 70`s. Plus Tesla the greatest genius man has ever known did also claim to have time traveled if I am correct.
I would also suggest you do research into the Montauk project.
