I wonder if you remember a few years back when Bush was giving a speech from the White House, and suddenly the camera changed to a camera showing the rear of him?
It showed a large hump in his jacket from the base of his neck to the end of his spine, as if it was something like a very large fin was coming from his back, or maybe an extension of a tail..
The camera only showed about 15 seconds and then it was shifted back to the front of him..

The US news media said that what we saw was his "radio transmitter" he uses for security purposes which is kept out of view from people..
Chris even i could build a very small radio transmitter that he could fit under the lapel on his jacket!!
The video clip of that was very quickly pulled from you tube...
