They don't need funding. They just need to hook-up with all the other mad scientists that have been conducting these experiments for years. I don't know if any of you remember this, but when Dolly the Sheep was created through cloning, she was trying to eat the other sheep. I can't find any information on that fact today. How convenient. Dolly, was a cannibalistic abomination. Just think what all the rich sex perverts can do with cloning? Now with a lions head and a womans body. Sick!

A continuation of a cold war program probably. We know the soviets were all into this.
MK Ultra is probably continuing too, I mean the cold war was mostly symbolic.

There are mind controlled experiments in plain site right now. The Nazis used fluoride to pacify the Jews. We have fluoride in our water. NASA finally admitted that Chemtrails contain lithium.

NYPD used sonic weapons on protestors. They don't even hide what they're doing.

The craziest was when Bill O'Reilly said the military grade pepper spray used on protestors was only food. I guess the military uses it to feed the enemy.
