We can make this judgment because we approach the psychic from a common understanding that the psychic is endeavouring to provide accurate information. </em><u>THIS IS NOT THE CASE FOR JOHN TITOR.</u> <em>John Titor was on a military mission and was under no requirement to tell us the truth about <u>anything.</u> The same problem can be recognized for anybody claiming to be a time traveler (if we allow the conceit that they are gov't sponsored). So the natural next question will be, "if we can't trust what a time traveler is saying as <u>true</u>, that his predictions could be purposefully false, how do we judge if they are real or not?" </em></p><p><em>This is a good and right question. There are ways to discern the true time travelers from the hoaxes. Qronos 1 and Qronos 16 are examples (along with Titor of course) of real time travelers.
