You may go back and inform yourself of the guy who was crushing on you that you never knew about until later, and thus altering your interaction in a way that causes him to later have a nervous breakdown and fall into a deep state of depression whereby he is unable to properly function in order to go back in time and fulfill his destiny.

Considering the Butterfly Effect as it pertains to time loops, you're liable to distort the whole world line in a way as to negate Jesus or something.
