    Sidereal time of day, +- 30min, seems to maximize electromagnetic "shielding" from the center of our galaxy.

    Many well-known psychics and remote viewers report that this enhances their abilities by reducing all that electromagnetic "chatter" to a minimum.

    Since you're basically trying to emulate "looking glass" technology with your device, removing as much interference as possible is in your best interest.
