    Is it a cold or allergy ?
    There's not much you can do for an allergy except an antihistamine.
    For a cold, I take a zinc supplement every day from start of cold to 3 days after the cold has passed
    along with a daily hour long soak in a tub full of the hottest water you can stand. Heat kills the virus.
    Keep plenty of water on hand.

    A sauna would also do the trick. Just have to decrease air flow to the fire when the iron starts to glow red and melt in front of you. Contests in Finland use 100°C for around an hour. Can bring a hotdog and cook it by simply holding it in your hand until it pops.
