This is a condition in the structure of time, where time is revolving by a type of projected special relativity, to always go backwards. So if you can see onto forwards time, what it looks like, is the hands going backwards, but once your eye adjust to the normal progression of time, the hands will proceed forwards. This is a rift mark nature of time, that makes time relative to the now and passage of it, to creatures such as we.

It's in a laminate directional frequency of time. There's forwards time and then in a very close frequency to that, there's backwards flowing time. It's an inter-dynamic, so it's just built that way and is supposed to be there.
