So far I'm glad some European governments "forgot" to sign the ACTA-treaty. Before the European Union can ratify this treaty all governments have to sign it. So far the Dutch, and a couple of other members forgot about it. Latest news on the subject now is the majority of the House of Representatives (Tweede Kamer) don't want the Netherlands to sign it at all, they are afraid it is in contrast to earlier treaties signed which uphold Human Rights issues (Freedom of Speech etc).
