Are reptilians actually real?

I believe we are being visited by extraterrestrials. The reptilian aliens, also called draconians, are from the Alpha Draconis star system, in the constellation Draco, the Dragon, about 300 light years from Earth.

This has been going on for a long while. I first heard of reptilians when I used to attend
conventions where hunters, psychics, healers and protectors would show their wares and teachings.

They were never spoken of very lightly.
