Um...
Presented without comment:
Accident or "Set Up?"...I think it was a set up...The head armorer, Hannah Gutierez-Reeds, own father was an armorer for years, it looks as though he never made such a mistake, and when his daughter Hannah was growing up he would have given her lots of repetitive advice on safety aspects, especially about the triple checks on every gun, before being placed on the "cart"....

The assistant director Dave Halls as stated in the Sun newspaper, was the final person to hand that gun to Alex Baldwin....Unfortunately the first gun out of the 3 on the cart Dave Halls chose, had the live bullet in it!!

The buck stops with the guy and his trigger finger?
If you don't know how to fly a plane and do so anyhow you are the one held accountable!
Same is true with any other device or equipment!
Gross negligence by the operator along with contributory negligence of others with the responsibility associated with the same action taken!
Criminal as well as civil action should apply!
