Can the internet be used as a means of Time Travel?

Since the Internet started Jan 1st 1983 and rumored to have existed even before that to a much smaller scale by the Military. Could it be used to travel in time? Been theories stated that time travel can only be possible from the point a machine is switched on, created and thus you can't go back any further from that origin date. So, is it possible? Maybe not to physically travel but how about sending messages through time?

What about accessing Darpa (arpanet) from its origination? back when that started boom some files back and see what happens.

Im sure the creators of it have already done this back and forth.

Probably so. But what if the average man and not some government entity wanted to do it? Say you kicked the idea around one day and said, you know, I still recall my old AOL email account address. I want to send a message from 2023 to myself back to 1993. Could it be done for the average person with a little effort? Would it bypass current theories and limitations? Say you could do it and you were successful and you sent a message back to yourself, let's say Sep 10th 2001- In that message you warn of 9/11. if you had success would it effect this world time line? Basically defying any notion that it would split the time line. It simply change the current timeline. What do you think?

I'll add a little more, Professor Cramer at the University of Washington discussed this and described quantum nonlocality. Anyone familiar with this?

Yeah thats a concept to consider alright, if a average man was still able to access say their first email account when the landed on the net is the first thing which might not be that easy defunct services, lost passwords etc.

The question is not could an email be sent its how can it transverse backwards? Lets say it was achievable depending on what the email contained re just 'hello world' or on such a date dont do it or go there may or may not affect events.

Id hazard a guess in the agencies this has been well tested:) It could be a cheap way of time travel to a degree.

This is how to send yourself an email to the past.
1-You have to create a nested torsion field (this is what accesses the specific time destination).
2-Place this nested torsion field (also can be called a timefield) where a computer placed within it can access an internet connected router (wireless) at that target time destination. (You, of course, have to have the access credentials to connect.)
3-Make your email message, disconnect from your present day internet connection. Press send then shut delete your current internet connection credentials. Add the target time destination internet connection credentials. Shut down.
4-Place computer within the nested torsion field before you power it up.
5-Power up the computer.
6-Power up the timefield. When the computer accesses the internet at the target time destination it will automatically send (as long as the email used to send has the proper email account settings/credentials).

A lot easier said than done but, a step by step process nonetheless.

Lets say you get past step 1

Step 2- dont have the credentials, Would we be then able to hack in or mission over?

Internets are probably millions of years old & are established on other worlds. So that parts not new.

On can computers see through time? Yes, even if you go back to 1985 when the first PCs started to come out they could see both forwards & backwards in time. Not only that but if you have a Windows complaint PC it also has naturally occurring AI built right into it. So when you use that PC, it knows who & what you are, even what your quest is for that day in using it.

We had alien AI uploaded probably into this societies' early ARPNET by the few flying saucers that landed intact from the late 1940s on. UFO crash at azteck - Search

You kind of got to watch on time travel with them, because of switchbacks that can occur on the net. But all the way to the 5500ds they see lit it was nothing to them.
