How did he know LIttle Doctor, that the ship Would go right to Istanbul ? However l still trust the Captain ,since now he certainly is aware of the whole situation .

Azargoun usually do the route Turkey Egypt Syria Iran... so it’s quote common for this ship to be in Istanbul.

About the Captain, it’s not easy to stop a big ship alone... furthermore LD wrote that the Captain is back in Livorno attracted by the noon. Is he resisting the call of the pretty woman and is he still in Turkey?
